Shipping policy

  • We only ship within India and we offer free shipping.
  • Delivery is via a third-party courier service.
  • All deliveries are sent through registered courier services or India Post and may require a signature at the time of delivery.
  • The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • We use express shipping wherever possible. As registered courier services are third-party providers, Grownick Resin Art cannot control their exact delivery time. The courier may also be unable to call you before or during delivery.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, we recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative address, such as your workplace, for delivery.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company may make another delivery attempt or hold the shipment for a limited period.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. However, you may refuse the delivery where applicable.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on your location. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier conditions, holidays, weather, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
